Manager - oversee daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual information. We are the Coach for your policy "team". From the daily care notes and how those are documented and returned back, getting the policy approved, to keeping a consistent flow of reimbursement once the policy reimburses for services... We guide you through your long-term care insurance questions prior to hiring us as a concierge. We help you determine if now is the time to file your claim.
