We had two properties fall through however we were able to rely on Clare... throughout - she even went the extra mile in reviewing a structural survey report we received and instructing a new case file with the New Business Team for Property 2. Extremely friendly and reliable. Very well organised, keeping the notes on the case file up to date and always very transparent regarding next steps and/or any blockers. Unfortunately we never got to complete a case file with Clare, our final property has been assigned to a New Build Specialist, however we wanted to leave a review as she has been absolutely fantastic and we would definitely recommend!!
