In 2012, M and M Bangalore Pvt. Ltd. was established and this was followed by The Bangalore Employees & Self Employees Housing Co-Operative Society Ltd in 2014. These ventures were formed to develop high-end residential layouts for Co-operative Housing Societies... M and M Bangalore has been founded by two brothers who have a strong background in agriculture, plantation crops, philanthropy and social ventures. Hailing from a family of Coffee Planters, the founders started diversifying into other agri-produce such as maize and ginger in the early 90s. A trading firm was set up in 1993 to trade these products, based out of Bangalore. The company grew rapidly and had Marketing operations in other cities such as Ahmedabad and Hyderabad... Unlike other Real Estate Companies which outsource non-core functions like Legal and Marketing, M and M Bangalore offers all of these services inhouse, which makes it very cost-effective, transparent, and value-for-money for clients.
