Andrea approaches marketing as more than a sovereign activity to garner more visibility for a company. She sees marketing as an integrated effort that begins with understanding and articulating your why, establishing a purposeful direction for your business, creating a culture to which your team is invested, and cultivating outstanding relationships with your customers. As Mac Zen's Marketing Coordinator, she oversees and coordinates cohesive brand messaging throughout our communications.
In 1999, Andrea launched her career in business development at a different "MAC". In the competitive world of retail cosmetics, she led her teams to record-breaking increases in sales by training her staff in the art of customer service based in empathic communication.
After 10 years, she was recruited to consult Victoria businesses to develop and standardize operations, leadership, customer service, branding, and marketing. Andrea has worked with leaders in IT, interior design, real estate, health care, fitness, and finance. She has used her passion for storytelling to help her clients achieve media recognition such as Douglas Magazine's 10 to Watch.
Andrea defines her mission as: "To live my life so that the light inside of me ignites the light inside of others." She teaches public, private, and corporate yoga classes, and mentors teachers in advanced teacher training programs. She also teaches workshops and courses to entrepreneurs - including yoga teachers - to understand their why and broadcast their voices confidently.
Andrea merges over 20 years of experience in business development, customer service, brand storytelling, marketing strategy and implementation, and event planning to her role with Mac Zen. She works closely with Mac Zen's principals to ensure that the voice of the brand resonates consistently throughout all marketing communications, including our website, newsletters, client communications, blog posts, case studies, advertising, and media releases. She is instrumental in developing and executing Mac Zen's marketing strategy in collaboration with our business goals.

Denise has had a life- long passion for assisting and communicating with people. She has worked in a variety of companies that have promoted extra care and down to earth service.
She works directly with Aitan as his assistant and enjoys keeping him organized and on track to give him the ability to use his fantastic technical skills for his clients. She also works in client care booking and general customer service.
Denise has used a Mac computer many years but leaves the technical aspect to the professionals at MacZen.
Denise is a bit of a renegade and has been involved in the Tiny House movement for some time. She is deeply rooted in her spirituality and a trained Yoga Therapist. She finds lessons in all experiences and when not working she can be found spending time being creative, gardening, doing yoga and taking care of her fur babies. She is excited to be part of a dynamic caring team.
Denise puts her passion for being of service to work in her role as Administrative Assistant for Mac Zen. She is highly organized and supportive, facilitating clear communication between Mac Zen's customers and technicians.

Stefan brings an essential range of experience in web development and design production. In addition to empowering Mac Zen's client communications, his presence on the Mac Zen team provides corporate clients with expert web hosting development support and ongoing maintenance. A key member in supporting Mac Zen's clients, Stefan's design production expertise extends our IT support services to include web, email, and direct-marketing infrastructure for small to medium businesses.
