With a Masters in Professional Accounting, a Bachelor's in Business Administration, and nine years in the banking sector, he seamlessly manages responsibilities ranging from P&L forecasting to banking operations. Bishal's dedication to both finance and life's pleasures makes him an invaluable asset to Meshed. As the Financial Controller, he plays a pivotal role in the organisation's financial strategy and stability. With his extensive expertise in finance and a passion for excellence, Bishal has been an instrumental force behind Meshed's financial success. Beyond numbers, Bishal is a music enthusiast, avid moviegoer, travel aficionado, and a stargazer.

PRAMESH KHADKA - CEO, Founder

Pramesh founded Meshed in 2007 with the goal of providing educational institutions innovative business software solutions and systems. As CEO, Pramesh oversees all business operations and strategic planning and execution, yet he still believes in offering personal attention to each and every client, so as to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. With over 16 years of experience in the education sector, as well as the software industry, Pramesh offers both technical expertise and leadership. As a former lecturer in Information Technology and Systems at various colleges and universities across Australia, Pramesh is a thought-leader and innovator shaping the future minds of the industry. Pramesh also enjoys playing golf and squash, and when not leading the team at Meshed, he likes travelling the world.

REBECCA MARTIN

Rebecca joined Meshed Group Board in October 2017. She is the Founder and CEO of Shift Happens - providing consulting, coaching and training to create a shift in business, leadership and teams. She has held senior roles in sales and marketing with Ford Motor Company, in both Australia and overseas. Her roles as GM of Sales and Marketing for Ford Australia and CEO of a Joint Venture for a subsidiary of Macquarie Leasing have given her extensive commercial experience. In addition, she is a serial entrepreneur who has established successful businesses in hospitality, finance, education, and online retail. She has an MBA, a Bachelor of Economics with a major in Accounting, an Advanced Certificate in Coaching Psychology and a certificate in Neuroscience for Business. She volunteered for Delta Therapy Dogs for six and a half years visiting people in need of animal therapy. She is Chair of the Delta Therapy Dogs Board and has held various Board and Advisory Board positions throughout her career. She loves to read, write, garden and spend time with her family and friends and is known to be a little bit obsessed with her two whippets, Aston and Remy.

WARREN HART - Chairman

Warren Hart joined the Meshed Group Board as Chairman and Advisor in October 2017. Warren brings experience gained from his roles as the Managing Director of Australian Water Technologies Pty Ltd, Chairman of AWT Philippines, and Chairman of Water EcoScience Victoria. His six years as General Manager of Human Resources at a large NSW state-owned corporation gave him an in-depth understanding of cultural change and staff motivation. Warren has managed businesses and consulted in Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand and Fiji. He is a Syndicate Chairman of two syndicates for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Institute in Sydney, chairing for companies with turnovers between $20M and $100M. Additionally, Warren is a registered mentor, endorsed by the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), as part of its coach and business mentor referral service. He has an active interest in executive development and has been appointed as an Honorary Associate in the Graduate School of Government at the University of Sydney. Formerly holding positions on the Lend Lease Skills Foundation, Warren was also a member of the Executive of the NSW Quality Council. He has tertiary qualifications in Management, Labor Relations and Law.
