MINDFULNESS NOTTINGHAM

At Mindfulness Nottingham we provide bespoke mindfulness trainings for the whole community, from charities, work, educational and medical settings to individuals, friendship groups and families... For us, mindfulness is a way of life; we try to 'walk our talk' and have each found huge benefits to our lives through practicing it. We adhere to the UK mindfulness teachers' Good Practice Guidelines and have our own regular practice, supervision, retreats and CPD training... We each have many years' experience in facilitating group learning with adults and children and we bring our own specialities. We aim to provide a very professional service with humour, warmth, 'realness' and, because we have a genuine passion for spreading mindfulness, reasonable rates.
