In November 1979, the Julian family of Morrison, Tennessee, started a small tool and die shop in their basement. After early success, the family grew into a small shop on their property. It was a family operation of skilled tradesmen, and the family was able to grow into a building in the local industrial park by the late 1980s with a team of around 12 people... In January 1994, the Wilson family purchased Morrison Tool & Die from the Julian family, and knowing that they wanted to emphasize fabrication work moving forward, they renamed the company Morrison Tool & Fab, Inc. Since 1994, the company grew consistently under the husband and wife team of President & CEO Ron Wilson & Vice President Renee. At the time of Ron's retirement in 2011, the company had grown to be consistently above the $15M revenue mark... Morrison Industries designs and manufactures returnable steel packaging for automotive and other highly specialized industries.
