Dr. Kyle Max Hancock

Kyle Max Hancock was born and raised in a small town in Northern Utah. He received his doctoral degree from Utah State University in 2009 in Combined Clinical/ Counseling/School Psychology with an Emphasis in Clinical Child with an Emphasis in School Psychology. He completed his pre-doctoral internship at Primary Children's Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a licensed psychologist and licensed school psychologist in the State of Utah. Dr. Hancock has trained and/or worked as a school psychologist or clinical psychologist in school, outpatient, inpatient, residential, and hospital settings with children and adults. Dr. Hancock is a member of the AFCC and is a forensic-informed clinical psychologist. Dr. Hancock conducts child custody evaluations to help families find effective ways to work through the complexities of divorce, custody arrangements, and visitation schedules. He also provides reunification therapy and high conflict co-parenting support. Please contact Dr. Hancock for additional information. Dr. Hancock routinely works with children, adolescents, and adults. He has experience helping people affected by depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety (including OCD and panic), ADHD, disruptive behaviors, autism, trauma, and eating disorders. Dr. Hancock routinely works with individuals, couples, and families. Dr. Hancock provides comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations. Dr. Hancock has experience helping not only to identify the challenges a person experiences, but, equally importantly, to suggest specific methods to provide support to help make life better. Dr. Hancock is able to help determine if a person experiences symptoms of autism, ADHD, learning disabilities (including nonverbal learning disorder), bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and personality concerns. Dr. Hancock also routinely participates in and provides support for children and families who are working with school professionals to design helpful tools to be used in school; as part of this process, Dr. Hancock frequently attends and participates in IEP and 504 meetings. Dr. Hancock believes that every person has inherent worth and a right to be respected and cared for unconditionally. He believes every person has a right to be treated with compassion, kindness, and consideration. Dr. Hancock's goal is to provide each person the individual and personal support needed to improve life, hope, and sustain peace.

Mr. Brad Stokes

Bradford Stokes was born and raised in Logan, Utah. He received both his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Utah State University. His Master's was in Rehabilitation Counseling, with which he worked for the Utah State Office of Rehabilitation for 5 years as a rehabilitation counseling and clinical supervisor. During this time, he completed additional course working in clinical therapy through Utah State University in order to qualify for the Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor license through the State of Utah. Bradford's clinical experience includes working at Logan Regional Hospital's Emergency Room and Behavioral Health Unit, Utah State's Counseling and Psychological Services, and the Family Place. Bradford joined Mt. Logan Clinic in June of 2019. Bradford routinely works with children, adolescents, and adults. He has experience helping people affected by depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety (including OCD and panic), ADHD, disruptive behaviors, and addictions. Bradford routinely works with individuals, couples, and families. Bradford believes everyone is not only as good as their worst performance and we, as human beings, are capable of changing ourselves for the better. He understands change is difficult and offers a non-judgmental approach to working with individuals, couples, and families to identify strengths and to create solutions. Bradford uses the following approaches in therapy: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (including Alternatives for Families Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, AF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Mindfulness.

Mr. Jeremy Hilton

Jeremy Hilton was born and raised in West Jordan, Utah. Jeremy completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Utah, a Master of Social Work from University of South Carolina, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Drug and Addictions. During his time in South Carolina he worked with adolescent programs dealing with many varied scenarios - a residential treatment center for adolescents and their families struggling with oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, substance abuse counseling, child oncology, trauma, and grief. He also worked as an intern and later was hired at an adolescent psychiatric unit in a hospital setting. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Jeremy has worked in the private practice setting for the past 8 years. He frequently works with children, adolescents, and adults. He has experience and expertise helping people affected by depression, disruptive behaviors (oppositional defiant disorder and conduct disorder), bipolar disorder, anxiety (including OCD and panic), ADHD, trauma, marriage and family therapy, divorce adjustment, addictions (substance, pornography and sexual), and eating disorders. He also works with couples and families to repair, mend, and strengthen their relationships. Jeremy regularly works with individuals, couples, and families. Jeremy's approach to treatment is individualized and client centered, based on unconditional positive regard and acceptance. Jeremy demonstrates empathy, compassion, and a desire to understand. From this foundation, Jeremy uses an eclectic blend of cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), interpersonal therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), collaborative couple's therapy, and family systems theory. Jeremy loves more than anything spending time with his wife and children. He is happiest whenever he can participate in sports or watch one of his kids play sports or another activity. He's a huge Utes and Jazz fan, but accepts clients of all fan bases.

Ms. Kendal Pritchard

I was born and raised in Maryland, and have had the joy of moving around the country to pursue my degrees and licensure. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Elon University in North Carolina. In 2012, I received my master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Southern Oregon University, completing my internship at the Department of Veterans Affairs in White City, Oregon. I moved to Logan in 2012 and am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in the state of Utah. I have worked in residential and outpatient settings with children, adolescents, and adults.

Ms. Lexi Sherwood

Lexi obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology from Utah State University and her Master's Degree in Social Work from Utah State University. She has worked with a variety of clients throughout her career as a registered behavior technician, case manager, and therapist. Lexi strives to meet each client where they are and help them establish and move toward their goals. Lexi has experience working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship issues. She utilizes concepts from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to aid clients in overcoming struggles with difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Each individual is unique, and Lexi strives to collaborate with her clients to create a specialized treatment plan that allows the client to direct treatment.

Ms. Meghan Kunz

Meghan Kunz was born and raised in Cache Valley. She knew from a very young age that she wanted to work in the healthcare field as she heard her great grandmother talk about nursing stories from many years ago. That fueled her passion to pursue the nursing field. After becoming a nurse, she found great solace working in the Cache County Jail where she began to form her love for mental health. After working with the Cache County Sheriffs Department for nearly 12 years she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing specializing as a Primary Health Nurse Practitioner - Board Certified. Meghan considers herself passionate about substance and mental health services and strives to help those who are struggling. Meghan believes in a conservative medication approach, ensuring that treatment encompasses a holistic approach. Meghan believes in collaborating with parents, family, and other mental health professionals to bring a team of support and care to her patients. Her goal is to restore feelings of stability and well being by working with each patient to develop a specialized plan of care. Meghan, her husband, and two children live in the valley along with numerous animals. She has two cats, a sphynx cat (that occasionally joins her in the office), a dog, and a hedgehog.

Ms. Rilee Perrett

Rilee Perrett is a graduate of Utah State University with a Master's Degree in Social Work. She focuses on creating a positive therapeutic relationship in order to support individuals and families as they move through life and its challenges. Rilee strives to empower individuals to utilize their strengths as they get to know themselves better, solve problems, and find happiness. Rilee has experience working with adolescents, adults, and families. Her internship experiences were based at Quality Youth Services and Logan High School and she worked for two years doing family and parenting intervention. She uses a strength-based approach along with principles from modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), narrative therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
