Anna Johnson

BIO Anna moved from a small town outside of Saint Louis, MO to beautiful South Charlotte, NC in 2006. After an introduction to the world of real estate through family friends, her interest in real estate was sparked. In 2022 Anna graduated from Superior school of real estate in Ballantyne Village. Anna is dedicated and focused on gaining a solid foundation of knowledge to start her career in real and started as office manager at My Townhome's Uptown office where she helps assist other brokers with sales and their property management business. She also runs her own real estate sales and property management business working as a team member on The Claxton Group. In January of 2022, she moved from the Ballantyne area to South End and has been able to explore different neighborhoods surrounding Charlotte. Anna enjoys visiting the different regions of the Charlotte-metro area to gain more insight regarding what each region has to offer. With this Charlotte-centric knowledge, Anna can quickly recommend specific possible locations of interest based on a buyer's particular needs. In her personal life, Anna enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. Maintaining strong relationships is a top priority not only in her personal life but also in her professional life.

Bob Diener

BIO Bob is a successful construction manager, real estate developer and investor. He has spent his career planning, developing, building and completing large scale projects in major markets in the north east. Bob worked for major developers and mangers over his career in top leadership positions providing a great attitude focused on safety, quality and production for the projects and teams while maintaining a focus on client needs and satisfaction for the services provided. Bob will bring that focus to you and your needs in the Charlotte Real Estate Market. Bob began his career in 1982 in NYC working with his father for a major NYC Developer / Construction Manager, Morse Diesel, with Diesel he worked through the company ranks and became an Assistant Vice President. Bob has built major projects ranging from High Rise Residential, Hospitals, Casinos, Hotels and Airport Terminals. Bob spent many years as the North East Regional Manager for a design build firm developing, designing and building hospitals and medical facilities. Bob came to Charlotte in 2000 looking at potential development projects and fell in love with the area, he has been coming every year since on both personal and business trips. Following the financial crash in 2008 he saw value and opportunity all over the Charlotte area, he focused his attentions to the South Charlotte and started personally investing. Bob has been active in the Charlotte area real estate market ever since with frequent trips to Charlotte and growing exposure. Bob finally relocated to Charlotte in 2018 to start the next chapter in his life near friends and associates in an area he and his wife have come to love over the years. Bob loves the outdoors and enjoys hiking, boating, fishing and snowboarding, he found Charlotte to be a central location for mountains and lake access but close enough to get to the beaches of the Carolinas or to get offshore. With his passion for real estate Bob received his license to broker real estate in North Carolina. BIO Cassandra Candy Stone is a full-time agent in the real estate industry, dedicating her career to helping clients find their perfect home. Her passion for real estate was instilled in her from an early age, as both her father and mother were influential figures in the industry. It was her Dad who suggested she obtain her real estate license at the age of 17, making Cassandra one of the youngest realtors in the state. Cassandra worked in a small town in Eastern North Carolina learning a great foundation in the business and then she moved to Charleston SC where she acquired her SC Broker license. She worked with Coldwell Banker O'Shaugnessy and Prudential Carolina Real Estate there. Since 2005, she moved back to her hometown of Charlotte and joined with My Townhome Realty as an associate, sharpening her expertise in selling, residential resales including condos and townhomes, new construction, and providing top-notch property management services. Before entering real estate, Cassandra worked in radio and television broadcasting. She was a news reporter, a radio DJ, a sales and marketing professional and she performed as on-air promotional talent on television commercials for some of her top clients. She also worked in the modeling and film industry through her mom, Libby Stone who founded that business in 1955. Her diverse skills and experience gained from news reporting, on air broadcasting, sales and marketing has certainly contributed to her long-term success in the industry. News reporting provides communication and research skills. On air broadcasting certainly has been helpful with giving property tours at Open Houses and Public Speaking abilities. Promoting listings, and negotiating deals for her clients are additionally some of the most important skillsets. Her attention to detail, market knowledge, and negotiation skills have consistently earned her the trust and loyalty of her clients, who know they can rely on her for exceptional service and results. In her personal time, Cassandra enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, exploring the vibrant local culture, and finding moments of tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle of the real estate world. Laura Grant

BIO Laura began her real estate career early after graduating from the University of California, Berkeley. While working in Silicon Valley, she managed an apartment complex to offset the high price of rent. In addition to learning the "ins and outs" of property management, she realized the investment potential of real estate. After returning to Charlotte to raise her family, Laura began to flip and lease properties of her own. Laura now uses her extensive knowledge of real estate to help her clients buy, sell, or lease their properties. Her unique combination of analytical thinking and communication skills make working with her a fun and engaging experience. Laura's love for design and remodeling also aids clients with staging, remodel potential, design choices, and assessing maintenance and repairs. Marshall Kiser

BIO Marshall is a Charlotte native who grew up in the Southpark area and attended Selwyn, AG and Myers Park. He then went to the University of North Carolina and graduated on the Dean's list with a degree in Political Science and History. After two years living in Nantucket and two years in Denver for graduate school, Marshall returned to Charlotte and helped launch a small start up company that manufactured and sold product to the local homebuilding industry. Following several years of running the day to day operations and growing the company to multi million dollar annual sales, he sold his stake in the company in 2005 to pursue a career in real estate. Marshall got his brokers license in 2005 and wanting to concentrate in areas in and around Uptown he joined My Townhome Realty shortly thereafter. He has been at their Uptown office since it opened in May 2006 and has been a multi million dollar producer for several years straight. As a native Charlottean who has seen it change from a small city to a major metropolitan area, Marshall offers unique insight into the growth trends that drive the real estate market here. BIO Matt graduated from Appalachian State University in 2002 with a degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. He immediately pursued real estate, graduating from the Allen Tate School of Real Estate in 2003. Since that time, he has earned the ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative), WHS designation (Workforce Housing Specialist), SFR certification (Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource) and graduate of the Charlotte Chamber's Leadership School. In addition to being on the Fair & Affordable Housing Advisory Council, Matt has been a member of the RPAC committee, Vice President of his HOA, and serves on Appalachian alumni board.
