Anurag has rich experience of working on various assignments ranging from compliances under Companies Act, RBI and under SEBI laws for listed and unlisted private companies. Anurag has also handled matters pertaining to Merger & Acquisition, Issue of Securities/ Right Issue/ Preferential Issue for unlisted entities. Anurag has been in practice form more than 12 years.
Ayush is Company Secretary and done masters in commerce in corporate governance & business policy and has worked in secretarial matters. Ayush has rich experience of working on various assignments ranging from compliances under Companies Act, RBI and under SEBI laws for listed and unlisted private companies. Ayush has also handled matters pertaining to Issue of Securities/ Right Issue/ Preferential Issue for unlisted entities.
Zafar is a Company Secretary and has worked as Compliance Officer of large listed conglomerate and was responsible for all secretarial matters. Zafar has rich experience of working on various assignments ranging from compliances from SEBI Takeover, Right Issue, Listing of Securities at Stock Exchanges, SEBI Compounding and Company Law matters and compliances for unlisted private companies.
Zafar has also handled matters pertaining to Merger & Acquisition, Issue of Securities/ Right Issue/ Preferential Issue and dealing with the Stock Exchanges/regulatory authorities for listed entities.
He is the Associate Consultant of the firm. He has behind him a work experience of more than 5 years, He had a successful pre-practice work tenure in the Information Technology sector. He has extensive experience in handling mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, collaborations, conducting legal due diligence, ESOP, drafting agreements, and rendering opinion on diverse issues under Companies Act, Foreign Exchange Management Act, NBFC and Industrial laws.
She is the Associate Consultant of the firm. She caters to 50+ clients on a retainership basis and looks after their Companies Act and FEMA compliances. She is actively involved in due diligence, Secretarial Audit including Audit of Listed/ SME Listed/ Debt Listed Companies, SEBI Compliances and rendering opinion on various Corporate Laws.

Mukesh is a Company Secretary and Law graduate from Mumbai University. He has more than 15 years of postqualification experience working in India. He has worked extensively on secretarial and corporate restructuring assignment of various clients.
