As parents, our values, beliefs, actions, are often grounded in what we experience growing up. What we learn from these outside influences - often passed down through generations - becomes our default operating system. We do what we know, often without questioning our actions or assessing our values and beliefs, even when what we experience in our families does not look or feel like what we want. In order to create change, we first need to cultivate self-awareness, and then a shift in perspective. And many of us need help with that process... By living authentically we offer the world something innately unique, that no one else can provide in the same way.
