Dr Jyotsana Mal is a skilled healthcare professional with over 14 years of experience in Business Development working across public & private healthcare systems and medical technology space in APAC, USA & EMEA. She has a Master's in Healthcare Management with distinction from Manchester Business School and Bachelor's in Dental Surgery with gold medal.
At NIRAMAI, she is responsible for spearheading the international business development for its solutions. Previously, she has worked at Becton & Dickinson (BD) for 10 years running stints ranging from leading the tender division for Medication Management Automation Technologies in EMEA, consultative selling to healthcare providers in Asia Pacific and leading clinical operations for global business. She has also worked at Fortis Healthcare in International Business Development for EMEA, USA & ANZ. Her thesis was published in a leading international medical travel journal (IMTJ) on Globalization of Healthcare with regards to Medical Travel Sector.
She is passionate about impacting patient lives and creating a difference from early diagnosis to rehabilitation. She is an avid nature lover, trekker, spiritualist, and music enthusiast.

Dr. Geetha Manjunath is the Founder, CEO and CTO of NIRAMAI Health Analytix, and has led the company to develop a breakthrough AI solution for detecting early stage breast cancer in a non-invasive radiation-free manner. Geetha holds a PhD from IISc and management education from Kellogg's Chicago. She comes with over 25 years of experience in IT innovation. She has proposed and led multiple AI projects at Xerox Research and Hewlett Packard India. Before starting NIRAMAI, Geetha was a Lab Director for Data Analytics Research at Xerox India. Geetha has received many international and national recognition for her innovations and entrepreneurial work, including CSI Gold Medal, BIRAC WinER Award 2018 and is also on the Forbes List of Top 20 Self-Made Women 2020. She was declared the winner of Women Health Innovation Showcase Asia, Accenture Vahini Innovator of the Year Award from Economic Times and Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2020 by BioSpectrum India. Geetha is also an inventor of 20 US patents and more pending grant.

Dr Collison is a highly distinguished medical practitioner with over 25 years of clinical practice as a general and cardiothoracic surgeon. Born and brought up in Bangalore, he completed his medical training at Christian Medical College, Vellore. During his stellar clinical career he has been associated with numerous good hospitals and has held senior posts with Max Healthcare and Fortis Healthcare, along with maintaining close relationship with CMC Vellore. He has also experienced international tertiary care hospitals with stints in Dhaka, Hamburg and Vienna.
He is the author of more than 20 international publications ranging from case reports to clinical trials and has co-authored a book chapter on Robotic Cardiac Surgery. He has a keen interest in the application of big data to solve healthcare problems and is at heart an epidemiologist and social medicine specialist. He is also an accomplished sportsman, most happy on the basketball court.

Himanshu is Head of Products and Director at Niramai. He is also the founding team member of Niramai. His passion for healthcare and to come with new medical innovations using fundamentals of signal/image processing & machine learning has led him to work in various exciting projects. Before joining Niramai, Himanshu worked as a Research engineer at Xerox Research Centre India for 3 years and at Xerox Webster NY for 5 years, where he contributed towards non-contact vitals monitoring systems using a standard RGB camera.
Himanshu did his MS in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, USA & B.E. in Electronics from Sardar Patel College of Engineering, Mumbai. Himanshu has filed 19 patents and has 6 international publications.

Indu Srinivasachar is the Senior Engineering Manager (QA) at NIRAMAI. She has 24+ years technical experience working entirely with product based companies. He has worked in MNCs like Hewlett Packard India Pvt Ltd, Motorola and Johnson Controls India Ltd( A Hitachi Company) and few startups. She has worked in diverse domain ranging from Mainframe OS, wireless networks, Embedded OS to healthcare. Her technical expertise is in the area of quality engineering. She has worked on products ranging from Mainframe OS, Enterprise Wifi , Embedded Control Software for Air conditioner etc. which have been leaders in the market. She is passionate about working for Indian startup and help build world class quality product. She holds a bachelor degree in Instrumentation Technology from SJCE Mysore.

Shireen Chopra comes with 15+ years of diverse experience within Strategic HR. Siva Teja is Principal Research Scientist and Director at Niramai. He is also one of the founding team members of Niramai. He has 7+ years of experience in AI/ML for Medical Imaging and co-authored 25+ international publications, 2 book chapters and is an inventor for 23 international granted patents (8 US, 11 India, 2 Japan, 2 Singapore). He is also a key contributor and a lead ML expert for different products that are CE certified and FDA approved. He played a key role in the analysis of clinical studies conducted by Niramai. He was a recipient of DAAD WISE fellowship 2014 and was offered MITACS Globalink Fellowship in 2014. He was granted PhD degree by the Faculty of Health, Medicine and Life Sciences of Maastricht University, The Netherlands and Bachelors of Technology degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati. Prior to Niramai, he worked in health care analytics group at Xerox Research Centre India as a Budding Scientist for 1.5 years.
