Living Well is an initiative led by Bradford Council Public Health and NHS Bradford and Craven Health and Care Partnership working collaboratively in partnership with a wide range of key stakeholders and community groups . It aims to address the rising levels of obesity and reduce the high levels of early and preventable deaths within the district. We want to make the healthy choice the easy choice for people in Bradford District... Physical, emotional and mental wellbeing can be affected by choices we make and the communities where we live, work, play and learn. Living Well brings together partners in our communities to help us to understand the challenges people face when trying to make healthier choices.
