Upon graduation from Rider University, Victor commenced a career in State Taxation by accepting an Auditor position with the Division. During the next 27 years of service, Victor conducted, managed, and completed hundreds of business tax audits (Field Audits) of companies within all industries, of all sizes, and encompassing all of the NJ Division of Taxation's primary business taxes. While Victor's expertise is focused primarily in NJ Sales and Use Tax, he is also very knowledgeable in all of the Division's additional business taxes that are typically audited at the Field Audit level.
