Dr. Elizabeth D. Caggiano is a dedicated dentist known for her patient-centered approach and diverse expertise. After earning a Psychology degree from Columbia University, she achieved her Doctorate in Medical Dentistry from the University of Louisville. Driven by a desire for excellence, she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at NYU Langone, gaining skills in oral surgery, restorative work, implants, and more. Her ability to combine artistry and technique leads to exceptional aesthetic outcomes.
With a passion ignited by her own positive dental experiences, Dr. Caggiano's journey is marked by a commitment to learning. She continually advances her field, treating complex cases and staying at the forefront of dentistry. Her philosophy centers on personalized care within a compassionate environment, leaving patients with healthier smiles and renewed confidence.
Beyond dentistry, she enjoys family time, sports, culinary exploration, and travel. Her two feline companions, Annie and Maui, add charm to her life outside the clinic. Dr. Elizabeth D. Dr. Mary Allen grew up in Michigan and is a graduate of the University of Michigan Dental School, in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has been in Phoenix practicing Dentistry for over 30 years. Her experiences include providing comprehensive dental treatment for children at the Maricopa County dental clinics for over 10 years. In addition, she has completed advanced training in implant dentistry. She is committed to keeping current in dental techniques and procedures so she can offer her patients the best dental treatment possible.
Dr Mary is a member of the American Dental Association and she actively participates in the local Arizona State Dental Association and the Central Arizona Dental Society. Dr. Mary is also on the Phoenix College Dental Advisory Council where she is involved with training new dental assistants. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for patient care and continual learning with the caregivers of the future.
Every February Dr. Mary participates in the annual "Christina's Smile" Children's Dental Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ (a program sponsored by the Professional Golf Association and the Scottsdale Girls and Boys Clubs) where they provide free dental services to local under-privileged children.

Dr. Prachi Tyagi is a seasoned and compassionate dentist with over 12 years of both national and international experience. She is a proud alumni of University of California San Francisco, where she earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery in 2015. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Arizona Dental Association. Before moving to Arizona in 2019 and joining our team, Dr. Tyagi practiced in Omaha, NE and Kalamazoo, MI.
Dr. Tyagi believes in making your dental experience as simple and convenient as possible and prides herself in her ability to listen to and educate the patients. Her constant drive to provide the best care to her patients keeps her motivated. She is well trained in doing procedures such as root canals, veneers, crowns, bridges and implants. Her ease to connect with patients is natural.
When she is not working chairside, she is either taking an advanced course to broaden her dental skills or traveling with her husband and daughter.
