OkToTalk is being developed by a team of clinicians and researchers as part of HCF Catalyst. We're drawing on expertise from Queensland Health's mental health and addictions service, as well as Lifeline, and researchers from the University of Sydney and Macquarie University... Our vision is to change the lives of the 3.7 million Australians who need mental health support, by connecting them with the right psychologist. We want to make the first match the right match, and empower consumers to beat mental illness and live fulfilling lives... Our service provides consumers with personalised recommendations for psychologists who they are likely to have a good fit with, and accelerates their progress. The service is based on clinical research taking into account diagnosis, needs, goals, and ways of forming a therapeutic alliance.
