OUR COLLECTIVE

Our Collective is a network of professionals working to advance inclusion for Black and Latinx talent in tech through employee resource groups... A community of diverse professionals partnering to influence a more diverse and inclusive pipeline and workforce. We achieve this goal with two tracks: Company Collaboration and Individual Collaboration. Together, we recognize, empower, and mobilize our communities of color.
