Since 2003 he has been a Magna International Inc Executive. Magna is currently the worlds third largest automotive components supplier. Mr. Perovic currently serves as a General Manager of the Toronto based division of Magna Electronics, responsible for creating and delivering strategic new, mission-critical technologies for the automotive industry worldwide. He runs strategic research, development, and pre-production mission-critical stages for car safety and driver assistance technologies. He has been actively working with major global automotive OEMs. In addition Mr. Perovic is also co-founder and President of 4C Inc, a high tech image/signal processing consulting company, specialized in providing algorithmic (mathematics, image decomposition, 2D signal processing in general) as well as complete software development, tools and support services to OEMs. Before joining Magna he was the founder, President and CTO of ASPRO Technologies, a privately hold Company, from 1992 until 2003. ASPRO (Advanced Signal PROcessing) over time became a successful and reputable technology company serving the digital smart video security and surveillance industry, and different vertical security markets - from CCTV to remote video surveillance over IP.
