Mr. Tony (Anton J.) Drescher is founder and Chief Financial Officer of Oculus VisionTech Inc. He has also been a director and President of International Tower Hill Mines Limited, a public British Columbia company listed on the TSX since February 2003; a director of Dorato Resources Inc. (formerly Quest Ventures Inc.), a public company listed on the TSX since 1996 and President and CEO since December 1994; a director of Landmark Minerals Inc., a public company listed on the TSX since February 2003; and a director and President of Waymar Resources Ltd. since June 2005. He was formerly a director and Secretary/Treasurer of Amanta Resources Inc., a public company listed for trading on the TSX from 1997 to September 2004. He is currently the head of a software engineering division responsible for data protection automation and orchestration solutions for Hitachi Vantara, where he joined in 2012 upon the acquisition of a company he co-founded, Cofio Software. He was also a co-founder of BakBone Software, which was traded on the Toronto Exchange and later acquired by Quest Software Corp.

He runs strategic research, development, and pre-production mission-critical stages for car safety and driver assistance technologies. He has been actively working with major global automotive OEMs. In addition Mr. Perovic is also co-founder and President of 4C Inc, a high tech image/signal processing consulting company, specialized in providing algorithmic (mathematics, image decomposition, 2D signal processing in general) as well as complete software development, tools and support services to OEMs. Before joining Magna he was the founder, President and CTO of ASPRO Technologies, a privately hold Company, from 1992 until 2003. ASPRO (Advanced Signal PROcessing) over time became a successful and reputable technology company serving the digital smart video security and surveillance industry, and different vertical security markets - from CCTV to remote video surveillance over IP. ASPRO was sold in 2002, changed its name and is still active in the digital security industry.
