VACO OWNERSHIP

VACO Ownership provides a snapshot of Institutional, Beneficial aggregated holdings and activity for a particular stock listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE). The Institutional and Beneficial aggregated holdings summary data encompasses the holdings based on the Top 200 registered dematerialised holdings only, which will be lower than actual holdings in a stock. The Top 200 registered dematerialised holdings generally covers on average between 75% to 90% of the Issued Share Capital, dependant of the share register composition and listing. An in-depth analysis of the entire register may result in increased holdings. Other information derived from SENS announcements, certificated share registers, annual reports and company websites can be included in the snapshot analysis.
