24 hours advance notice is required, when cancelling appointments, or a cancellation fee may be charged. This allows other clients the opportunity to schedule an appointment. A client who does not cancel within 24 hours and does not come for appointment is considered a "No-show" and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled session. Depending upon how late you arrive, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, by therapist - allowing for clients following you. Either way, you will be responsible for the full price of your session... If you have a fever, cold, illness etc, on the day of your appointment, please CALL BEFORE coming... For first-time visits, please arrive 10 minutes in advance to facilitate timely client profiles. All future appointments are expected to be "On time" as lateness can result in a shortened length of treatment at full price. In order to receive the best treatment experience, please turn off all cell phones during your visit.
