Having operated a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) for 15 years, delivering training and assessment qualifications as well as management and business, Crossbow is now focusing on the lifelong learning process for trainers/assessors. This will also include RTO admin staff... We have over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the learning and assessment environment and can assist you in commencing and maintaining your professional development as a trainer/assessor. We can also help RTO admin staff wade through the myriad of information in a rapidly changing compliance-bound environment. Not only that, we excel in assisting aspiring RTO operators in setting up their new-found passion of running nationally registered training and assessment programs for their clients.
