Partridge Hill Farm is a small-scale farm producing high-welfare, slow-reared, hardy breed meats. Farmed with aspirations of environmental sustainability I'm trying to provide meat with an ever smaller carbon footprint from ever happier and healthier soils and livestock. The ultimate in the district for low food miles and impeccable provenance... Partridge Hill Farm is home to, a flock of carefully chosen hardy breeds best suited to the grass-fed only system and the environment of the farm producing Lamb, hogget and mutton. Rare breed Berkshire Pigs are periodically kept in the woods at the farm producing the finest Pork from the happiest pigs.
