Brad is responsible for the building of your new home. It is his job to manage a team of master craftsmen and sub contractors on site.
Brad has been involved in the building industry since 1981. His methodical approach to his work, his experience and knowledge of the industry, aided by his team of builders, Tim Paterson, Rob Purcell and John Paterson means that the construction of your new home is in the best possible hands.
Brad began as an apprentice with Pluim Construction based on the NSW Central coast in1981. On completing his apprenticeship he continued his training and earned his Certificate 4 in building .Brad was then given the opportunity to work as an Estimator for this company. He feels this experience has been invaluable. Time spent estimating has given him an understanding of the finer details within the construction process. He later worked for Kendale Construction as an estimator and supervisor.
Even though Brad appreciated his time in the office he did miss the actual construction process and decided to move on and begin his own business. The Business has grown over the last 20 years and now employs a successful team that supports and relies on each other.
John excelled at wood technics at school. He completed his HSC in 2012 and began his apprenticeship in 2013. He is studying and aims to complete his Carpentry Certificate 3 next year.
John works in the Family Business as an Apprentice Carpenter. He is now in his second year and with his Fathers and Brothers guidance is developing the skills necessary to become a fine tradesman.

Tim developed an interest in the building industry at a very early age. He excelled at wood technics at school and on completing his HSC decided to join the family business.
Tim began his apprenticeship in Jan 2006. On completion of his carpentry certificate he went on to complete his Certificate 4 in Building.
Tim has since expanded his qualifications and become a Licenced Supervisor.
Wendy works with her husband Brad to manage the day to day workings of the business. Her position is vital in keeping the business running smoothly.
The tasks she performs are mainly clerical, managing phone calls, paperwork, clientele receipt and payment of all accounts, purchases, accounting, wages etc.
Wendy strives to help improve workplace communication and efficiency.
