Pate Contractors is a full-service, Commercial General Contractor specializing in turn-key, ground up construction; building remodels and tenant improvements throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona. Pate Contractors is owned and operated by Natalie Arzaga and Tim Pate, both of which have over 25 years of commercial construction experience. Pate Contractors is carrying on the traditions and ethics of Tim's late father, Herman Pate, the founder of Pate Contractors in the 1970's. Natalie runs the office opperations and estimating; Tim is in charge of the field.
