Jason Cole

As Vice President of Pre-Construction, Jason oversees all estimating and pre-construction operations at Pacific Builders. Jason joined Pacific Builders in 2015 after serving as Director at another firm. He oversees and manages our team of estimators and pre-construction staff and sets the standard for thorough scope and detailed, accurate budgets and pricing that Pacific's dedicated pre-construction department is known for across the Metroplex. Jason graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and is a LEED AP.

Joe Wood - President

Joe Wood, President for Pacific Builders, has been with us since 2007. Throughout his tenure, Joe has developed deep insights into all aspects of the interiors construction business and has helped us continuously find ways to improve. His knowledge benefits every project we take on and keeps our clients coming back. Leveraging his unique perspective, Joe focuses most of his time on client relations, personally overseeing projects to ensure every detail is carried out correctly. At the same time, he provides our staff with the executive leadership support and involvement they need to finish all aspects of a project with confidence. This starts by staffing each project with the right team so it can be completed on time and within budget. By ensuring that field and administrative resources are always aligned, Joe keeps people and projects on track and builds client trust from the start. Joe is LEED AP-certified and brings that expertise to each project. He joined Pacific Builders from Rice University with a Bachelor of Science degree.

Michael Fuller

Job Titles:
  • Vice President of Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Michael oversees all project management teams. He has daily and weekly input on all projects and has been instrumental in developing an updated project coordination process. Michael joined Pacific Builders in 2012 and in his time with the company, he has held roles of increasing responsibility, establishing himself as a Project Manager before joining the executive team. As a Project Manager and Project Executive, Michael has delivered some of Pacific's most detailed projects, as he is known for his high-level organizational skills and his superior ability to plan and execute complex builds and schedules. Michael has a bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University.

Steve French - CEO

As CEO of Pacific Builders, Steve ensures we maintain the highest standards possible and that each project supports our company mission to elevate the customer experience every time. His open communication style resonates with our team as well as clients and partners, allowing us to build and maintain close relationships from the start of a project all the way to completion. Steve works closely with clients and project teams during the preconstruction stage to guarantee that projects are set up to exceed client expectations - right from the start. Under Steve's leadership, the team carries designs all the way through to completion, resulting in delighted clients. Prior to joining Pacific Builders in 2007, Steve held construction management roles at Precept Builders and MAPP Construction. Steve graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in construction management.
