Arthur P. Abel

Arthur retired from Boeing in 2008 as a Regional Director - Aircraft Contracts after a 27 year career negotiating and administering commercial jetliner purchase contracts throughout the world. Arthur P. Abel retired from Boeing in 2008 as a Regional Director - Aircraft Contracts after a twenty-seven year career in which he negotiated, signed and administered commercial jetliner purchase contracts with airlines throughout the world. During that time, he conducted contractual negotiations with twenty-nine customers large and small in thirteen countries, including eleven national flag carriers. He spent the last eleven years of his career working exclusively with Chinese customers, including national flag carrier Air China and government aircraft purchasing agency China Aviation Supplies Import and Export Corporation (CASC). Together with CASC, he originated, developed, and implemented the concept of the China Aircraft "Package" Framework Purchase Agreement. That concept became the standard, still followed today, by which groups of Chinese airlines join together with CASC as a group to purchase aircraft from foreign manufacturers for their respective fleets, thereby obtaining the benefits of larger quantity purchases. During the last several years of his career, he also served in the additional capacity as Vice President - Aircraft Contracts for Boeing China, Inc., headquartered in Beijing. Prior to his Boeing career, Mr. Abel served in the U.S. Navy as a nuclear submarine officer, successfully completing the programs for Qualification in Submarines and Qualification for Assignment as Chief Engineer of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Plants. He is retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of Captain. Mr. Abel has a BS in Engineering from The United States Naval Academy, an MBA (Finance Concentration) from the University of Washington Foster School of Business, and a JD from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar. Mr. Abel resides in Seattle.

Gregory W. Buhler

Greg has extensive expertise in all aspects of airline and aviation. He served in the legal department of Pan American from 1976 to 1996. more Gregory Buhler has over 40 years of aviation law experience, as a senior in-house airline and aircraft transactional lawyer, and as a partner in a major law firm. Mr. Buhler was a member of the legal department of Pan American World Airways from 1976 until 1996, holding a number of positions including Vice President - Legal. He thereafter served as Vice President & General Counsel of Kiwi International Airlines and Western Pacific Airlines. Following his airline service Mr. Buhler became Assistant General Counsel of Unicapital Air Group, a major aircraft sales and leasing company. From 2000 to 2006 Mr. Buhler was a partner with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis in its New York office, and a member of its Aviation Practice Group. Mr. Buhler currently maintains his law office in Cold Spring, NY, limiting his practice to aviation matters. Mr. Buhler has extensive expertise in all aspects of airline and aviation law, including aircraft transactions such as aircraft purchase, lease and finance arrangements, commercial agreements, facilities and industry/interline agreements, bankruptcy, labor, litigation, and regulatory matters. He has represented several domestic and foreign airlines and aircraft leasing companies, corporate flight departments, fractional; owners, maintenance repair organizations, the International Air Transport Association, and the Air Transport Association of America. Mr. Buhler is admitted to practice in New York, before a number of federal courts, the U.S. Claims Court, and the Supreme Court of the United States. He has lectured extensively and has written a number of articles on aviation and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Buhler received his Juris Doctor degree from Hofstra Law School, where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review. He received his B.A. undergraduate degree from C.W. Post College.

Jessica Chiu

Mrs. Chiu serves as President of YIH LIH YANG Enterprise CO., Ltd., Taiwan (R.O.C.), since 2002. Jessica entered into the aircraft trading arena in 2012 along with some senior PGA Aviation colleagues, and currently plays as an active role in aircraft trading. Jessica graduated from Taiwan Tunghai University with a BA degree in Business Administration.

Nelson Carryl - COO

Nelson Carryl completed the Doctor of Jurisprudence degree at the Vanderbilt University School of Law in Nashville, Tennessee, and has been a practicing attorney for almost 21 years. He specializes in corporate transactions, and has counseled local, national and international clients on matters involving mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, banking and finance, securities, initial public offerings, private placements, antitrust, and real estate. Prior to a career in corporate law, Nelson completed the Master of Business Administration degree at Baruch College, in New York.

Nicholas A. Santangelo

Nick started his 27 years with Pan Am in heavy service maintenance before going into Reliability and Engineering. Next he joined the start-up team for the Trump Shuttle as Manager of Reliability and Engineering. more Nicholas Santangelo started his career with Pan American World Airways after leaving the Navy, during which time he worked in heavy service maintenance for 15 years before going into Reliability and Engineering. Mr. Santangelo left Pan American to become part of the start-up team for the Trump Shuttle as Manager of Reliability and Engineering. Mr. Santangelo was then Vice President, Technical operations at C-S Aviation Services, A Soros Aviation Company. As VP Technical Operations, Mr. Santangelo brought technical expertise in aircraft maintenance specifications, Federal Air Regulatory rules, record keeping systems and a thorough understanding of maintenance program requirements. He has spent many years in dealing with federal agencies, component vendors, and aircraft manufacturers covering a wide range of technical issues including new aircraft certification and NTSB investigations. He has been on several maintenance steering groups (MSG) for the certification of Airbus and Boeing aircraft. In 1990, he joined Tower Air where he remained for six years as Director of Engineering. This required control and oversight of various departments as; Aircraft Records, Maintenance Scheduling, Aircraft Engineering, Powerplant Engineering, Reliability and Technical Publications. During this time he was instrumental in the growth of the company from a fleet of four B747 aircraft to 18 aircraft. Mr. Santangelo holds a BBA from City College of New York (CCNY) with a concentration in Behavioral Approach to Management. He is also a graduate of New York Queensborough College with an Associate degree in Applied Science and basic engineering courses. Among some of his other accomplishments, Mr. Santangelo has also spent several years teaching night classes at the Academy of Aeronautics in New York and taught aircraft systems courses to foreign airlines at night with Pan Am World Services.
