Dan is the Regional Manager of our Tucson, AZ and El Paso, TX offices. He has been a licensed professional, helping his clients reach financial freedom at retirement, for 23 years. Dan is married to Tina and has 2 college aged children.
David has enjoyed a distinguished career in the financial industry spanning 30 years. David attended The University of Texas at Austin and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 1982. Faith and family come first for David. He and his wife Carol live in Parker, Texas, enjoy golf and have attended the same church in Allen for the past six years. Carol and David have one daughter, Christi and two fabulous grandsons, Cole and Kai.
Grace has been involved with the operations of the company for over twenty years and is an integral part of the business (As well as the Mother of David Messing)

During Tracy's 7 years as a presidential advisory board member for an insurance company he implemented many great ideas for retirees. He serves as the president of Design Financial Marketing, LLC alongside his wife Julie of 28 years. Julie is an Investment Advisor Respresentative.
