Rick is Precisive's Finance Director, and is responsible for the firm's financial strategy, taxation, business support, and operations.
Rick has worked with a broad range of businesses, and has overseen the growth of these businesses upwards to represent a collective revenue of $60m. One of Rick's core skills is implementing robust systems and processes that enable aggressive growth. Together with the finance team, Rick oversees the complete finance function and is responsible for the continued growth and profitability of the Precisive business.
Simon Hair is Precisive's Managing Director and is responsible for customer engagement, sales and client service. Simon comes with nearly 20 years' experience across the IT professional services industry. After spending 10 years in London working with some of the UK's leading technology staffing businesses, Simon moved to Sydney to create Precisive. At Precisive, Simon identifies opportunities whereby Precisive can add value via our unique delivery model.
