Blake Wilkie is an Associate Attorney with Provident Law®. His practice focuses primarily on real estate litigation and preventive counsel. Blake is also a licensed Arizona real estate agent, allowing him the unique perspective of serving clients from both a legal and business point of view. He has represented commercial landlords, homeowners, and tenants in numerous transactions and cases, as well as advised on and prepared business formation documents and performed lending agreement legal analysis.
Prior to transitioning to real estate, he began his career as an Associate in the Phoenix office of one of the preeminent workplace law firms in the United States. There, he gained invaluable experience advising a multitude of large and small companies regarding federal, state, and local laws. From pre-litigation matters through final resolution, he was trained to identify a wide variety of legal issues that arise on a day-to-day basis, how to respond to them, and how to prevent them before they arise in the future.
After graduating from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Blake obtained his J.D. from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where he was a Managing Editor of the Arizona State Law Journal and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Students Association.
In his spare time, Blake enjoys attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends, traveling around Arizona, and rooting on his beloved Green Bay Packers.

Bryan Eastin has been practicing law for 20 years. His practice areas are bankruptcy, real estate, probate, and civil litigation. In bankruptcy, Bryan is experienced in creditor's rights, Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 matters, in adversary proceedings, and insolvency. In real estate, Mr. Eastin is experienced with real estate litigation, easements, deeds, sale agreements, and leases. In probate, he is proficient with estate and trust administration, contested estates, trust litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and financial exploitation cases.
Bryan brings a holistic view, incorporating both his legal and non-legal training and experience. His cross-disciplinary practice gives him a broad legal perspective to draw from.
Bryan graduated Cum Laude from Southwestern Assemblies of God College with a degree in Pastoral Ministry. Bryan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a degree in Management. After nineteen years in pastoral ministry, he earned his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law in 2001.
Bryan is a Member of the Arizona and Federal Bars, and he is currently a member of the Arizona State Bar Association and Maricopa County Bar Association.
Bryan enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also makes time for church, extended family and friends, and sports. He is a past board member at the Springs Church where he also sings backup vocals with the church's worship team.

Douglas V. Drury has represented companies of all sizes, from family businesses to Fortune 500 companies as well as represented individuals and churches in defending their religious freedoms.
Mr. Drury received his Bachelor of Science, Management, degree in 1984 from Arizona State University and his J.D. from Arizona State University in 1987.
Mr. Drury is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
Erik received his Master of Divinity summa cum laude from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2013. He received his Juris Doctor in 1999 from Temple University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in the top five percent of his class. Erik also attended Asbury College where he graduated magna cum laude in 1995 with a B.A. in History.

Scott Burns is a Board Certified Real Estate Law Specialist since 1986 with a practice emphasizing: the acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and residential properties, title review, landlord-tenant issues, commercial lease negotiations, quiet title litigation, boundary disputes, corporate formations, governance, and related matters.
Mr. Burns' practice also includes estate planning, business succession planning, asset protection, and probate administration.

James P. Mueller has over twenty-five years in Family Law, Personal Injury, and Probate Administration and Litigation, but also a diverse background as a criminal prosecutor, city attorney, and counsel for non-profit corporations.

Mr. Oman represents and advises a variety of businesses on transactions, contracts, negotiations, and day-to-day business issues. He has been involved in business purchase and sale transactions, franchising, resolving business disputes, contract and lease drafting, and various commercial matters. Mr. Oman assists entrepreneurs and new businesses by advising them concerning sound business practices, complying with applicable laws, drafting appropriate documents, and evaluating risks.
Mr. Oman is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the Maricopa County Bar Association.
Mr. Oman has been involved in a wide variety of real estate matters, including property sales and purchases, eminent domain, property rights disputes, zoning and development issues. Mr. Oman has been involved in many commercial landlord-tenant matters. He prepares leases and customized rental documents and negotiates the resolution of disputes. He has also advised homeowners, homeowner associations, commercial community associations, and property management firms on a diverse array of matters, including contract and business matters, document interpretation, drafting of new and revised documents, and construction matters.
Thomas A. Walcott is an experienced civil litigator whose practice areas include general litigation (breach of contract, real property litigation, premises liability/personal injury), insurance defense litigation, construction defect litigation (including design defect claims and AAA arbitration), and business formation and consultation (focus on LLCs, including organization and operating agreements, buy-sell agreements and issue resolution). He has tried jury and bench trials in Federal, State and municipal courts and the Registrar of Contractors. In 2004, Tom second-chaired the first two (2) construction defect class action cases in Arizona as defense counsel. Both resulted in verdicts substantially favorable to the defense.
Creative and outside-the-box problem solving and dispute resolution are core pursuits for Tom. He has mediated and arbitrated cases privately and by appointment of the Arizona Supreme Court and Superior Court and has significant experience with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), including negotiation, mediation and private and AAA Commercial, Complex and Construction arbitration proceedings and other work-out options. Tom's clients have included residential homebuilders, developers, commercial contractors, specialty trade contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and homeowner/community associations. Representation includes working closely with industry professionals such as architects, soils engineers, structural engineers and others in the review, evaluation and critique of project documents such as original design drawings and recommendations, scopes of work and bids, submittals, redlines, as-builts, change orders, Arizona Registrar of Contractors Minimum Workmanship Standards, UBC/IRC application and interpretation, inspections (red tag/green tag) and Arizona Purchaser Dwelling Act issues.
Tom is a retired United States Marine. He and his wife have three children, two grown and a teenage daughter, and twin grandbaby girls. Tom is a New York Mets and football Giants fan who enjoys fishing, camping, reading and crossword puzzles. He is also active in his church leadership teams, including the overseas mission trip ministry, the Men's "Practice" Bible Study ministry, the marriage ministry and the Celebrate Recovery ministry.
