In 2014, Kristeena launched Progress Recruiting, now called KristeenaAlexander.com, through which she coaches and guides emerging leaders through the challenging transition from sport to career, career change, and professional development. Kristeena also offers life skills development coaching, private and group coaching; mentorship, health and wellness, and financial planning.
