I had a brilliant experience with these guys. It's been hard to find a crew I can depend on for anything to do with my boat and I've finally found them. My boat has never looked better. They really care about the quality of the work they do. They are honest and professional and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done really well. The office staff are great too. A special thank you to Zena for the great communication and for making sure I got the information I needed when I needed it. Steve and his team are definitely the best set-up at the Boat Works. A genuine 5 star service.
First time I've used Proyacht and I was very impressed. Compared to some other providers in the yard I've used over the past 4 years, they're like a breath of fresh air. Steve and Scott are professional and old school. They even offered to reduce their rate for a part of the job which took a little longer than expected due to an issue with getting a part from a supplier and I feel I got a very fair outcome. No arguments, no hassles, just an honest approach. All in all I got a great service for a great price and I'm a very happy customer. Will definitely use them again.
Good old fashioned service at a reasonable price! I chose to travel almost an hour each way to have my boat slipped and anti-fouled by Proyacht. The Marina facility closest to where I live had let me down twice and I wasn't giving them a third chance. The decision turned out to be a good one and I can highly recommend Proyacht for their friendly, punctual, and professional service.
