David Faucher - Chief Investment Officer
David is Chief Investment Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. In his role, David oversees transaction underwriting and execution as well as the asset management division, responsible for driving portfolio value and investor returns.
David joined PTLA as an intern in 2014, and in the years following has held roles from Real Estate Analyst to Director of Investments. He has played a critical role in growing the company's transaction volume and improving portfolio performance. He holds a business degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is a CFA® charterholder.
Gary is co-owner and Chairman of PTLA Real Estate Group.
In 2003, Gary joined PTLA, using his extensive commercial real estate experience to guide the company's transactions and operations. Ten years later, he took ownership of the company and ushered in a new era focused on multifamily real estate investment. This focus transformed the business into a respected leader in the sub-100 unit building category, driving strong investor returns and portfolio growth.
Nate has nearly 20 years of accounting experience, providing audit and consulting services to Bay Area companies and organizations. Prior to PTLA, he worked with BPM LLP, offering audit, review, attestation, and consulting services to a wide variety of private companies and nonprofit organizations. Nate holds a degree in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
As Chief Financial Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group, Nate oversees the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and of the California Society of CPAs (CalCPA) and is a Board Member of Life Learning Academy Charter School and Hillside Covenant Church.

Page is co-owner and Chief Operating Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. As COO, Page oversees project management, property management, and our management team of over 80 employees.
Under Page's leadership, PTLA brought its property management in-house and began offering third-party management services, which now manages over 4,500 units along the West Coast from the company's five regional offices. He oversaw integration of the portfolios and teams of two management companies acquired by PTLA and directed the growth of PTLA's third-party management division.

Peter is co-owner and Chief Executive Officer of PTLA Real Estate Group. As CEO, Peter oversees the executive team, client relationships, and transactions.
After joining PTLA in 2011 as an analyst, Peter quickly moved into leadership, directing transactions, operations, and portfolio strategy as Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and then President before becoming CEO of the company in 2024. He has helped double annual transaction volume and led the acquisition of two property management companies, which more than tripled the number of units under PTLA management.
