Mr. Warren founded Warren Capital in 2005 after serving as Vice President and Associate Branch Manager at Morgan Stanley in Washington, D.C. Since 1998, Mr. Warren has prudently managed personal, corporate, estate, pensions, and retirement accounts. Mr. Warren has extensive experience in investment management, private equity, retirement and estate planning, and personal mortgages. Mr. Warren has completed numerous securities exams including the Series 7, 24, 65, Rule 144, and life and health insurance. His insight and opinion on the economy and markets has been published numerous times and he is the author of The Capital View. Mr. Warren serves on various boards and holds substantial equity stakes in several other successful private companies. Mr. Warren received a Bachelor of Arts from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.

Keith Kelly - CEO, Founder

Keith Kelly is an entrepreneur who created and patented the Mortgage Annuity Revenue Stream (U.S. Patent # 7292995). Mr. Kelly has been in retail mortgage banking for over twenty-nine years. He has been an advocate for proper homeowner education for the past 19 years focusing on strategies for homeowners to help them avoid paying closing costs. His closing cost savings platform has been featured in Money Magazine, The Washington Post, Time Magazine, New York Times, Woman's World, CNBC and a host of other national publications. He has been a Radio Host of MyMortgageWatchDog on WMAL in Washington, DC. Mr. Kelly has a bachelor's of science degree from James Madison University.

Richard A. Spires

Mr. Spires is the CEO of Learning Tree International, a leading provider of IT training to business and government organizations worldwide. Prior to joining Learning Tree International, Mr. Sprires served as the CEO of Resilient Network Systems, a San Francisco-based software firm that provides the Trust Network platform to bring trust to the cloud and the Internet of Things. Mr. Spires was appointed and served as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) Chief Information Officer from 2009 till 2013. He also served as the Vice-Chairman of the Federal Government CIO Council and the Co-Chairman of the Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS), the committee that sets standards for the U.S. Government's classified systems. Mr. Spires held a number of positions at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) from 2004 through 2008 including the Deputy Commissioner for Operations Support, having overall responsibility for the key support and administrative functions for the IRS and the IRS's CIO, with overall strategic and operational responsibility for a $2 billion budget and a 7,000-person organization. From 2000 through 2003, Spires served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Director of Mantas, Inc., a software company that provides business intelligence solutions to the financial services industry. Prior to Mantas, he spent more than 16 years serving in a number of technical and managerial positions at SRA International. Mr. Spires received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and a B.A. in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Cincinnati. He also holds an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University.

Robert Catalanotto - Founder, President

Robert Catalanotto has over thirty years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. Twenty-two years have been in the secondary mortgage market at Fannie Mae. He has significant experience in all aspects of business strategy, data warehousing, business intelligence, new product development, and mortgage operations. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Catalanotto was with GW Fauth and Associates, an economic consulting firm in Washington DC. Mr. Catalanotto has served the credit union industry for over thirty years. He is the past Chairman of the Board of The Partnership Federal Credit Union and also served as the past Chairman of the Board at the Fannie Mae Federal Credit Union having served as Chairman, overseeing its merger with The Partnership Federal Credit Union in 2012. Mr. Catalanotto has a bachelor's degree in accounting from CW Post College in New York and a master's degree in international management from the University of Maryland.

Shashi Vohra

Shashi Vohra is Senior Executive Vice President and President of Affiliated Businesses at PenFed responsible for marketing, corporate and business development, all consumer loans and deposits, and all affiliated businesses including Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty, PenFed Title, and Rate Reset. In addition, Mr. Vohra oversees PenFed's digital transformation and the establishment of a new division of commercial banking. Mr. Vohra began his career at PenFed over 38 years ago. He previously served in a number of roles at PenFed including Vice President of Accounting/Controller for 14 years during which he managed the financial affairs of the company, including the implementation of multiple financial software applications. Mr. Vohra was CFO for the Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs) and the PenFed Foundation. He earned a Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Accounting from India. Mr. Vohra is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
