I have known Rick as a colleague and friend for almost 10 years. In that time, he has proven himself a skilled communicator, an inspiring motivator, and a valued mentor. As a leader, Rick challenges those around him to be their best, and provides the lessons and coaching that allow his teams to achieve and exceed goals on a consistent basis.
