With over 20 years of experience at local and global companies, Anna-Marie brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at Renaissance Group. Responsible for day-to-day administrative and operational support, Anna-Marie is integral in assuring quality customer service and the smooth running of internal processes. As a member of the leadership team, Anna-Marie serves as a liaison for company culture and as a brand loyalty ambassador. Anna-Marie and the support team put high priority on ensuring the Renaissance Group client gets the highest quality personalized services, facilities, innovative technology and resources.

BEN DIXON

With Renaissance since day one, Ben is a member of the leadership team and acts as the primary advisor to several owner-managed private companies in the areas of accounting, taxation and transactional services. Ben is a member of the BC and NWT Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. Certain that a well-crafted tax strategy is the fastest way to accumulate wealth, Ben believes a client relationship founded on trust and open communication is paramount for developing a custom tailored tax plan. Ben also works closely with his clients other primary professional advisors to ensure that the planning is integrated and goals are aligned as the business and their families grow. Irene has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University is a member of Chartered Professional Accountants in BC. Irene has been instrumental in the transition of updating of our time and billing processes to ensure smooth client information flow, and Irene leads the charge on Special Projects here at Renaissance Group.

JASON MOON

As a part of the tax team at Renaissance Group, Jason brings over 18 years of accounting and tax experience primarily focusing on tax planning and tax compliance services for owner-managed private businesses, trusts and estates and high-net-worth individuals. Jason is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, the Canadian Tax Foundation and has completed levels I, II and III of the CICA In-Depth Tax program.

JILL GUTHRIE

Jill has been working with clients for approximately 30 years, seeing them through all stages from asset building to retirement and estate planning. In addition to dedicated client service, Jill is passionate about developing Renaissance Group's new talent. She loves training and mentoring new accountants and sharing the fun and exciting work of the profession with the younger staff as they develop and plan their careers. Jill has been an active member of the Professional Standards and Licensing Committee and The Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. Jill has been working with clients for approximately 30 years, having worked with many since the start of their businesses and careers, seeing them through all stages from asset building to retirement and estate planning.

ROCHELLE MCNAUGHTON

After graduating with honours from UBC Okanagan with a Bachelor of Management in accounting, Rochelle joined Renaissance Group fulltime to pursue a career in professional services. Rochelle manages client relations and works primarily with those in professional services or commercial industries.

A partner at Renaissance since inception, Scott specializes in tax planning and complex corporate restructuring for owner-managed businesses. Scott focuses on injecting the right mix into a Renaissance-client partnership. The relationship only begins if he's sure he can bring substantial value and returns to the table. Scott is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Chartered Professional Accountants of Northwest Territories, and the Canadian Tax Foundation. Scott is also a regular public speaker, having spoken for organizations such as World Source Financial Management, Transamerica Life, the Canadian Dental Association and BC Road Builders Association. Scott is a competitive skier, an avid golfer, and a board member of BC Road Builders Association. Scott specializes in tax planning and complex corporate restructuring for owner managed businesses. TIEN LAM

Tien has been with Renaissance Group since day one, and became a partner in 2011. With more than a decade of experience, Tien primarily works with professional services clients including doctors, lawyers, dentists, and personal real estate corporations (PRECs). Her practice is focused on corporate and personal tax planning, among providing creative yet practical advice for tax and business solutions. Tien has completed Levels I, II, and III of the In-Depth Tax Course. As part of the leadership team, Tien plays an integral part in providing mentorship to junior staff members. Tien is passionate about helping staff reach their highest potential.
