She has first hand experience of what it takes to scale education companies from day 1, and how to build great pedagogy directly into products.

Aayush is an experienced data scientist and serial founder. He started his career at Credit Suisse before founding TrueMD and joining Techstars to found Greendeck, a pricing analytics tool for enterprise retailers. He then founded Cliff.ai, a business monitoring tool to remove the need for complex data pipelines and dashboards. Aayush's companies were backed by Concept, and sold in a successful acquisition to Gtmhub. He is the founder of moderndatastack.xyz, a community for data engineers and scientists to compare and learn about modern data tools. His unique insight and expertise support in all functions of data and technology.

Alex Packham is a serial entrepreneur and the Founder of ContentCal, which was acquired by Adobe in 2021.
During his ContentCal journey, he raised over £10m, built the business to 3,500+ customers globally, a team of 60, and grew 150% year on year. He now serves as Director of Product at Adobe and is an active angel investor.
ROLE
At Concept, Alex supports across the 'Work' category, supporting via his network and expertise. He also heads up the 'People & Talent' function, supporting early teams with hiring and people frameworks.
Amir is an experienced financier who is a trusted adviser to some of the UK's most successful entrepreneurs and businesses. He has significant experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, debt and equity fund-raisings.

Anrea is a Human Resources Management graduate, who has amassed skills and experience over the years in Finance, Accounts, Social Media, Administration and Management for various startups across the world.
Anrea is passionate about community upliftment and Animal Rights and spends lots of her time doing community aid, animal rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.
ROLE
Anrea assists with analysis and due diligence for the World of Work category, whilst also focusing on operations, data and marketing.
She plays an active role in leading our venture pledge, aiding founders in selecting charities and communities.

Ariel is an Associate at Concept Ventures. Prior to Concept, he worked at a UK/MENA family office focusing on the buy side of property transactions and alternative ventures. He initially started his career as a co-founder of a freelancer marketplace for creatives across UK Universities and then went on to a number of stints at high-growth start-ups in Fintech and Marketplaces.
Ariel graduated from the University of Bristol in Economics and Finance and is a big foodie who can share tips on the best food spots in the UK (and Israel).
ROLE
Ariel has spent the last few years at Concept focusing on investments within the Future of Work and Edtech. Broadly this sits within most SaaS tooling for businesses and he is particularly excited by anything within developer tools, data-tools and productivity/automation, but mostly, by partnering with great founders looking to solve category defining problems.

Carles is angel investor in over 40 startups. His portfolio includes Revolut, Volumetric, Elroy Air, Speckle, Freetrade or Finless Foods, amongst others.
Carles was an early European employee at Uber; the 7th employee at Tractable AI (a unicorn) where he lead global operational expansion as their VP Operations; and 10th employee at Sonantic (acquired by Spotify) where he oversaw Revenue and Sales.
Currently, Carles serves as VP Product at JobandTalent.
Carles' secret passion is taking care of his exotic plants. Amongst them, he has seeded multiple baobab trees (Adansonia grandidieri), Madagascar palm trees (Pachypodium lamerei) or sequoias - all growing healthy in London and Barcelona.

Jair is a Partner at RLC Ventures and has been an active angel investor for the past 7 years.
He previously successfully scaled a business in the Hospitality & Events industry in Brazil and following that he formed part of the Investment team of a family office based in London where he focused on supporting startups with their international expansion.
Jair is passionate about music - in his spare time he enjoys listening to his vinyl collection, producing new songs with friends and playing as a DJ at various events.
Jay Radia is a serial entrepreneur who has founded 3 successful software companies - Yieldify, Reachdesk and Screenloop. All businesses are venture backed and leaders in their respective sectors. Reachdesk was recently identified as one of the top 15 fastest growing software companies in the world. Jay is currently the Managing partner of Blissgrowth which is a startup studio and early stage fund based in the UK. Jay also has a portfolio of 30 angel investments. In his spare time, Jay shares his thoughts on LinkedIn and also his new podcast "Happy Millionaire.""

Jeff is a Partner of Concept Ventures. Having completed his MBA at Kingston University, he began his investment career over 25 years ago and had a successful ‘first' career in institutional asset management at BMO/F&C, where he was head of emerging equities with responsibility for assets of over $5bn. At the other end of the investment spectrum he has been an active angel investor for over 12 years bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise of rapidly growing emerging companies to start up businesses as they embark on their own journeys.
He launched (and subsequently managed) the first ‘responsible' ESG emerging markets fund in the world and brings deep expertise of sustainability and impact to the VC ecosystem. He is both a board advisor to several start-up companies and a Non Executive Director of a listed company.

Karen is a Partner at Sheridans, a leading media and technology law firm. Karen works in the firm's Venture Capital team and has over 10 years' experience advising high-growth companies, founders and investors on fundraising rounds, joint-ventures, corporate governance issues and exits.

Oliver is a Principal at Concept Ventures, having joined as the firm's first employee in 2019.
He grew up in the south of Spain, before returning to the UK for School and University. Following his graduation from Exeter University, he worked at Crypto Fintech Coinweb for a year, gaining operational experience and a strong understanding of the crypto landscape. Shortly after he launched and led MobKitchen's Reddit growth strategy, scaling their Subreddit to over 80,000 members. In 2019 he led a London-based accelerator in the B2B Enterprise space, before joining the Concept Team.
Since then he has led their ‘Play' vertical and worked closely with the portfolio post-investment, and leads Concept's Marketing & Branding efforts. He is a Fulham Season-Ticket holder, Apex Legends player and active Angel/Crypto investor since 2016.
Peter has been an advisor to a number of startups, including Concept portfolio companies Ground Truth Intelligence and Auctree. His skillset and experience are well suited to help Concepts portfolio, particularly those in the future of work.
Peter has over 20 years of product and finance experience. He previously spent 12 years at J.P. Morgan, in both London and New York, before joining fintech startup Revolut as CFO. During his tenure there, Revolut grew from 200k to over 4.5m users.
He later joined Money Dashboard as CFO and now spends his time helping companies grow either in advisory roles or angel investing.

Piers is a founding partner at Delphi Ventures where he specialises in the gaming space. He also leads the crypto efforts for BITKRAFT-the most active gaming investor globally. This positioning allows both firms to collaborate closely and combine two fields of deep expertise. His time is also spent as a board member for the Blockchain Game Alliance to help steer the nascent sector's growth.

Reece Chowdhry is the Founding Partner of the multi award-winning Concept Ventures, which is now the largest dedicated pre-seed technology fund in the UK (£50m).
Reece has invested in 80+ start-ups from idea to unicorns (6 in total) and been ranked as one of the Top Asian Tech Investors on numerous occasions by Diversity UK.
Prior to founding Concept, Reece built and sold several start-ups in the software space, 1 of which was successfully exited, 1 a complete disaster and 1 is still going today.
Passionate about giving back, Reece has created the Concept Venture Pledge where a percentage of Concept's exit profits are donated to a social cause of the founder's choice. He has also been selected by the FT as one of the top 100 BAME leaders in tech for his consistent work in helping promote diversity in the UK tech sector.
