RUDALL & RUDALL - Key Persons
Alan has been with Rudall & Rudall since July 2021 as a Lawyer. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice (Hons) from the Flinders University, as well as a Master of Pedagogy, Master of Music (Classical Performance) and a Diploma of Education from the University of Adelaide.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Alan worked in education and as an academic at Flinders University's College of Nursing and Health Science tutoring in various legal topics. He currently specialises in Family, Criminal and Employment law related matters and litigation.
Alan is particularly passionate about advocacy and enjoys the opportunity his role affords to assist people in solving their legal problems.
Outside work, Alan loves to spend time with his family and playing piano and guitar and performing in various Adelaide based bands.
Chantelle has been with Rudall & Rudall since October 2020, and is currently a Senior Associate and predominantly works in the area of Wills & Estates.
Living and working in the Northern suburbs all her life, Chantelle has developed a strong rapport with clients and members of the local community. She is known for her local knowledge, compassionate approach and tailoring her knowledge to a client's specific circumstances. Outside of work, Chantelle enjoys spending time with her family, and relaxing with a movie or a good book.
Nick joined Rudall & Rudall in 2003 and became a Partner in 2007. He is accredited with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and has a special interest in estate planning, deceased estates (including inheritance claims and will disputes), business law, civil litigation, and injury law.
Nick is known for providing clear, concise and strategic legal advice and treating all people with respect. He enjoys finding solutions for clients and helping them to achieve outcomes during difficult moments in their life as well as assisting clients to prepare for their future, whether personally through their estate planning or for their business.
Nick is passionate about the history of the firm and importance of the Rudall family history to the story of Gawler.
Peter joined Rudall & Rudall in 1991 and became a Partner in 1997.
