Our humidifier system (life saver system) had failed after 30 years. We hired Ruttle Piano Works to replace it and also to perform a badly needed regulation. The quality of work is excellent and now... our upright piano sounds like it had major work when it was only a day of Mike's time... My experience as a technician has taught me to appreciate the subtle complexities of this unique instrument, and to understand the needs of pianists and piano owners.
