He has been working within the public sector in the London area for the last 12 years as a Team Manager/Job Search and Life Skills trainer/ assisting with life changes, helping people into employment, gaining accounts, supporting the structure and development of both new & established centres, while implementing procedures. Achieved success in the highly competitive field of welfare-to-work, employment, graphic design, promotions, mentoring, retail. Enjoys socialising, networking, self-development and all forms of improving his life and others. Has a degree in Graphic design a PTLLS qualification for support, advice and guidance. Hobbies are dancing, socialising and gym and values are treat people how you want to be treated as respect plays a big role in society. Favourite movie as them are many but to name a few Limitless, The Beach, Amistad, Jango.
Jona is responsible for organisations accounts and recruitment. She sources employers, contracts and expansion on behalf of the organisation. Jona has a degree in Business and Finance. She has worked as a business development manager, team leader and also head of finance and admin for various companies. She enjoys socialising, days out with her children and loves to learn new things. She values hard work, honesty and people with drive and passion. It would be hard for her to choose one favourite movie so she has chosen two, which are Face Off and Scarface.
Matthew Agoro - Founder, Managing Director
Matthew has actively been working within the Welfare to Work, career advice and sports field since 2010 when he was 18. He has coached teenagers in football, mentored 18-24 year olds and worked with adults in order to gain sustainable employment all in voluntary capacity. He founded Scoop UK, in his 2nd year of university whilst studying business management because he had a burning desire to innovate career and sport services. He holds a Business Management Degree from Plymouth University. Matthew enjoys playing football and race driving ‘Formula 1'. He is a huge fan of ‘The Wire' TV series and favourite movie is ‘The Book of Eli' and ‘Goodfellas'. He believes Denzel Washington is the best Actor of all time.

Tonia's role is to promote, engage and develop Scoop UK. She communicates well with employers and managers to continually seek partnerships and employment opportunities. Also project manage provisions where she assists the team with leading and directing. She has a great heart for people and the community and also enjoys demonstrating the projects journeys by snapping away with her camera at the candidates as they embark on their journey to growth. Creatively she takes care of all the promotional and marketing material. Tonia has been managing projects from 2009 and has been involved in sports coaching and is also a teacher within a local school. Tonia has achieved a HND in graphic design and instead of deciding to go on to the BA, she took a quick exit to set up the graphic design company in 2002 TONZ DESIGNZ. Tonia enjoys regular visits to the sauna and steam room and enjoys traveling. She is also quite athletic and enjoys practical sports.
Viki manages the administrative actions of the business on a day to day basis. She uniquely communicates with both clients and stakeholders as well as managing information with employers and partners. She is a great communicator who is able to speak two Ghanaian languages in addition to English and Spanish. Before she joined Scoop UK, she worked at Nationwide Building society and before that, London Eye. She holds a Batchelor's degree in Business and Spanish and loves to listen to music, meet new friends and crochet.
