Brian Doyal is Co-Head of Baird's Global Investment Banking business where he jointly oversees the firm's global corporate finance and M&A activities. Before joining Baird in 2004, Brian worked 14 years at Credit Suisse First Boston where he was co-head of the Global Services group. Brian has over 30 years of experience in the global M&A market, through which he has developed extensive experience in originating and executing a broad range of strategic transactions for publicly traded, sponsor-owned and privately-owned middle market companies across a wide variety of industries, including consumer, industrial, healthcare, business services, energy, and technology.
Prior to joining Baird in 2008, Brian was a founder of and spent over 13 years in a leadership role in Charlotte, NC with the Global M&A Group at what is now Wells Fargo Securities (previously First Union Securities and later Wachovia Securities). In this capacity, he served as Chairman of the firm's Fairness Committee and played a senior M&A execution role on a wide variety of the firm's most important M&A transactions across multiple industry groups. Brian also spent more than 10 years in New York in the Global M&A Group of what is now JPMorgan Chase, working on a broad set of advisory transactions across a variety of industry segments throughout the world. He received his undergraduate degree from Haverford College.

Stephanie Warren is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer of Baird's Fixed Income Capital Markets business. As one of 4 partners leading the business, she is responsible for financial oversight, strategic planning, recruiting, best practices and operational efficiencies. Stephanie is a member of Baird's Audit, Treasury, Financial Risk Management, Talent/HR, and Fixed Income Capital Markets committees. She joined the firm in 2003 and spent her first 8 years in the Corporate Finance department prior to joining Fixed Income Capital Markets. She is a member of several internal associate resource groups. Stephanie serves on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee, is a member of TEMPO Milwaukee, and serves on the Executive Board and Finance Committees of All Saints Catholic School. Stephanie attended the Chicago Booth Executive Leadership Development Program and received both a Master of Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee.
