We are a client focused accounting company, that provides auditing, accounting and tax services to SMME's (Small, Medium and Micro enterprise) and other private companies / close corporations... From 1 May 2011 the Companies Act of 2008 became effective. Private companies now have a choice of getting their Annual Financial Statements audited or reviewed or just compiled. Close corporations still require an accounting officer to compile and sign off the corporation's Annual Financial Statements. We can provide audit and review services.
