Our programme is great for building confidence and improving technique. We have developed our own unique approach to teaching which is proven to get results. Lessons are taught within the water to give swimmers the support and encouragement needed to get the best results. We have experience in teaching a wide range of swimmers from water-phobics to developing stroke technique, right through to regional competition coaching... Here at Simply Swim North East and Simply Swimmies North East, we have over thirty years swim coach experience and pride ourselves on providing outstanding swimming sessions to people of all abilities aged between 18 months - 16 years (Simply Swim) and 6 months - 5 years (Simply Swimmies). We offer a range of swimming lessons across the Tyne and Wear area within Boldon, Sunderland and South Shields.
