Delma Madrigal is a PMP certified project manager with broad experience leading community teams and developing multi-sector partnerships. She currently serves as Outreach Project Manager for the city of Albuquerque's Bank on Burque project, an economic inclusion initiative. Her prior experience includes serving as Director of Collective Impact for the Mission Families project of United Way of Central New Mexico (UWCNM).and as Adult College Completion Manager for UWCNM's Mission Graduate. Other work in educational settings includes her roles as Community Engagement Coordinator with Youth Development Inc at West Mesa High School in Albuquerque, and as Title I Parent Center Coordinator at Rio Grande High School.

Gabriella Chapman

Gabriella Chapman has spent the last 20+ years weaving a rich tapestry of insight, enhanced by her experience, education, relationships, and connection to community. Formally, she holds a B.A. in Communication and an M.A. in Human Development, her latter education examined through the lens of social justice and equity. Informally, she has served the majority of her career in the education and non-profit sectors, acquiring skills in leadership development, coaching, teaching and training, organizational assessment, program development and interpersonal communication. At each juncture along her professional journey, she has actively worked to promote and support the awareness and expansion of inclusion and equity efforts within the institutions and organizations she has been a part of. Beginning with her role as an educator with the Ethnic Living and Learning Community at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where she guided students along a path of self-study through an exploration of leadership, social justice, and identity development, she has continued to advocate and give voice to marginalized and underrepresented groups and individuals. She is currently serving as a member of the Albuquerque Justice for Youth Collaborative, headed by La Plazita Institute, a role which is in alignment with her emerging interests in restorative and healing approaches as a response to increasing disparities and hurt prevailing in communities, organizations, and institutions across the country. Drawing on her own thesis research on resiliency, and her participation in various trainings rooted in racial and social justice, intersectionality and trauma, and empathic listening, she is poised to provide intentional, mindful, informed support and guidance to groups and individuals wanting to grow and progress through a transformative experience. ​

The founder of Solfire Consulting, having over 30 years experiencing supporting individuals from all backgrounds, groups and organizations in thriving and achieving optimal outcomes. Her work spans a wide range including corporations, non-profits, educational institutions and governmental agencies. As a researcher, she has emphasized organizational high performance, leadership development, cultural assessment and strategic change initiatives. In her consulting work, she has lead large change projects and partnered with executives to develop sustainable interventions that align with their values, business and organizational objectives. Dr. Gallegos designs and conducts workshops, presentations and interventions based on sound assessment practices and customization to fit the clients' needs and goals. Rather than emphasize an "expert" model when working with leaders, she operates on the philosophy of true partnership where the client organization or individuals are fully engaged in each step of the change effort. In addition to her consulting work with Solfire Consulting, Dr. Gallegos serves on the faculty of the School of Human and Organization Development within Fielding Graduate University. There she offers seminars, consults with graduate students and supervises research projects that range from human development, organizational inclusion to global initiatives designed to impact under-resourced segments of the population. She also conducts research and has widely published on the impact of diversity on teams, Intercultural competence and leadership development especially as these issues relate to Hispanics/Latinas/Latinos in organizations.

Steve Schapiro - COO

Steve Schapiro teaches, writes, and consults in the areas of adult development and adult learning, with a focus on transformative learning and social justice. He is a member of the faculty in the School of Leadership Studies at Fielding Graduate University, where he has also served as Dean for Academic Affairs. He has spent over 30 years teaching for social justice and inclusion; leading dialogues across difference in regard to issues of race, gender, and sexual orientation; along wth teaching and leadership roles in higher education. He is co-editor of the book, Innovations in Transformative Learning: Space, Culture and the Arts. and editor of the book, Higher Education for Democracy. His work has appeared in the Adult Education Quarterly, the Journal of Transformative Education, and the Handbook of Transformative Learning. He is also a contributing author in Adams & Bell, Teaching for Diversity and Social Justice.
