Diva De Benedictis is a Doctor of Audiology at Sound Hearing Care. She was born and raised in Lasalle and obtained all of her post-secondary education at Wayne State University. Throughout her education, she rotated through a variety of clinical settings, such as hospital systems, ENT practice and private practice.
Diva is committed to working with her patients to provide best practice and personalized care from diagnosis to treatment and thereafter. Her areas of interest include diagnostic testing, tinnitus and advanced hearing aid technology. Diva first became interested in audiology through her deep appreciation for language and communication and helping others. She thrives on the invaluable reward of helping her patients connect with and become inspired by the sounds of the world.
In her spare time, Diva enjoys spending time with her family, friends and cat. She is also a fan of travelling and shopping. She can provide all hearing healthcare in Italian as well as English.

Donna Ellis is the patient coordinator at Sound Hearing Care and a lifelong resident of Windsor. She brings over 20 years of office experience, and has been with us since the clinic opened in 2010! Donna is instrumental in making every patient feel comfortable in our office and is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience from the first interaction whether on the phone, online or in person. She is the first face you see when walking in the door and you are always greeted with her warm smile and exceptional kindness.
Donna has extensive experience with not only appointment bookings, but also in the areas of insurance and government paperwork as well as funding approval processes. She is very knowledgeable about many aspects of amplification function in general, including their cleaning and maintenance - and can often remedy simple issues on the spot by cleaning or troubleshooting of the hearing aids - having them working well and often within minutes! Donna attends seminars and workshops on a regular basis on topics such as general hearing aid function/maintenance, office and billing software and its smooth operation. as well as in the latest aspects of customer service! In her spare time, Donna enjoys spending time with her friends and family - and especially running after her several young grandchildren! She loves to travel and is a particularly loyal fan of Walt Disney World!

Jennifer is a patient coordinator at our Windsor location. Boasting over 25 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry in Windsor as well as B.C., Jennifer's friendly smile is the first thing that greets all prospective and current patients that enter our doors! Jennifer is detail-oriented and strives to ensure that every patient is fully informed about all aspects of their appointment and insurance funding. She has extensive knowledge about many aspects of hearing healthcare and is able to answer most questions as well as do minor office troubleshooting and repairs to our patient's amplification devices and accessories.
Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and adult kids! She is an active person as well as avid traveller who especially enjoys outdoor activities on Canada's scenic west coast. She is also a huge dog lover who fosters retired greyhounds until they get adopted.
Justyna is a Doctor of Audiology at Sound Hearing Care. She is an Ontario native and has also lived in Nova Scotia and Poland for several years. She obtained her post-secondary education in both Canada as well as the United States. Justyna has worked with all ages and has particularly extensive pediatric diagnostic testing experience as well as amplification verification. She obtained special training in these areas while working with the Infant Hearing Program of Ontario.
When not providing exceptional hearing healthcare, Justyna enjoys spending time with her family, as well as the thrill of the hunt when antiquing and thrifting. She loves travelling and spends a lot of quality time at her cottage in Nova Scotia. Justyna can provide hearing healthcare in Polish as well as French and English.
Kristina is an Audiology assistant at all of our office locations, as well as a lifelong resident of Windsor. Coming from a previous career in interior design spanning over 20 years, Kristina now brings her kindness, creativity and extensive experience in customer service to the field of hearing healthcare. Somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades, Kristina not only troubleshoots, cleans and repairs hearing aids but also assists patients with appointment bookings and fields any questions they may have about their appointment, hearing aids, or just ears in general! She supports not only our patients, but also our patient coordinators and audiologists.
When Kristina is not busy welcoming patients to the office with her warm smile, she enjoys an active lifestyle, tending to her garden in the summertime, and fitness. She spends time with her family, grown children and several pets! She is also an avid music-lover who attends many concerts.

Tina is a Doctor of Audiology and the founder of Sound Hearing Care. A lifelong resident of Windsor-Essex county, Tina has been providing hearing healthcare to all ages in this area since 1999. Tina has worked extensively in both hospital and private practice settings and has published audiology research. She maintains close professional relationships with all of her patients and prides herself on providing individualized hearing care with an emphasis on evidence-based, proven technology - in an empathetic and compassionate environment. She regularly attends workshops and seminars to keep current in all aspects of audiology as well as customer service and best business management practices.
In her spare time she enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is a huge animal lover and artist, enjoys pilates and travels frequently. She is also able to offer patients all aspects of hearing care and counseling in Serbo-Croatian and Macedonian as well as English.
