Dustin Anderson is the founder and CEO of Stack'd Consulting. With over 22 years of consulting experience, he works with bold leaders, the mavericks, and trailblazers across North America who are trying to do something different and achieve something exceptional.
His areas of specialty and interest include working on complex transformational initiatives, helping companies scale and grow, rethinking how companies operate and are structured, post-merger integration and delighting customers and employees through extraordinary experiences.
What gets Dustin going in the morning is being a great husband and father, achieving something new every day, building relationships with exceptional people, and being an entrepreneur. He also enjoys being a volunteer business coach to aspiring entrepreneurs who want to scale and grow through the Entrepreneurs' Organization accelerator program.
Dustin holds a Master of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) from the University of Calgary.

Jordan is a Principal and a co-founding team member of Stack'd. At his core, Jordan is an entrepreneur who always pushes growth and change. He was raised with a mindset that you should always question, challenge, improve, and creatively destroy.
Jordan's days are filled with helping our clients establish and chase their strategic aspirations, aligning leaders around a common goal, designing exceptional facilitated experiences, and helping to integrate companies after merging with or acquiring other companies.
Jordan is not afraid of a challenge and will always push his team and our clients to be exceptional.
Jordan's evenings are filled with quality family time with his wife, their children (one son and one daughter), and their pups. Jordan frequently attempts to injure himself by playing football or basketball outside of work hours. On Sundays, you can find him watching his favourite NFL team, the Cleveland Browns, typically self-imploding to lose another game.

Mike is a Principal at our Calgary office and an experienced strategist. With a focus on driving efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement, Mike offers creative solutions by leveraging processes and insights to identify new opportunities for clients. This coupled with his project management experience and execution mentality ensures a comprehensive approach to transformation.
Mike's background spans across industries including, Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Not-for-Profit, Public Sector, Technology, Education, and Industrials.
When not at work, Mike can be found exploring the great outdoors, new places and new cultures with his lovely wife and dog. He is also a technology enthusiast and avid video gamer.
Mike holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from Ivy Business School at Western University and a Bachelor's Degree with Distinction in General Management from the University of Victoria.
