I'm Steve Lewey, and I've spent over 20 years helping people find their footing as leaders, teammates, and humans. As a Boomer, I've lived through my share of ups and downs-from managing teams in the early 2000s to coaching leaders through a global pandemic. Now, I'm here to share what I've learned with Millennials who want to lead differently-with purpose, ethics, and a little grit... I started out managing operations at a commercial maintenance company, learning the ropes of leadership by recruiting, training, and supporting a team to deliver for clients. That hands-on time taught me the power of listening and showing up consistently. Later, at United HealthCare, I tackled claims with near-perfect accuracy and joined an innovations team, sparking my love for finding better ways to solve problems.
