Aleksandar Zlatkovic

Aleks is a senior financial professional with significant experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. He has had leadership roles in the corporate sector (Ausgrid) with previous investment banking (Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse) and asset management (Westpac/Hastings) experience. Aleks leads the Finance function including the planning and strategy cycle, managing financial operations and ensuring financial compliance. Aleks holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Ben White

Ben has over 17 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology. He was a long-standing member of the Optus senior executive team in a wide variety of roles across the Consumer, Business, Enterprise, Wholesale and Satellite divisions, along with time leading Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to Optus Ben worked for over 10 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company in North and Central America, Europe and the Asia Pacific. Ben was also previously the Chair and Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Cables, and a Non-Executive Director of the Bridge Alliance. Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Christine Holman

Jason Horley

Kate Bowman

Prior to joining Indara, Kate was the Chief Corporate Services Officer, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Pacific National, having also held the role of Chief Legal Officer with the company. A practising lawyer, Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael Ferguson - CEO

Michael has extensive leadership experience in various public and private equity companies, primarily in the construction, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors. Michael joined Indara in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer. Michael is a Chartered Accountant, graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce and holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Murray King

Murray is a Non-Executive Director of Far East Organisation Australian Group. He has over 20 years' experience in the Australian Telecommunications Industry and was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Optus for over 10 years. His responsibilities at Optus included the overall financial management of the Company, implementing and maintaining an appropriate governance framework, and driving various strategic initiatives. Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
