Aleks is a senior financial professional with significant experience in the infrastructure and utilities sectors. He has had leadership roles in the corporate sector (Ausgrid) with previous investment banking (Rothschild & Co and Credit Suisse) and asset management (Westpac/Hastings) experience.
Aleks leads the Finance function including the planning and strategy cycle, managing financial operations and ensuring financial compliance.
Aleks holds a Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Technology Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ben has over 17 years of experience in telecommunications, media and technology. He was a long-standing member of the Optus senior executive team in a wide variety of roles across the Consumer, Business, Enterprise, Wholesale and Satellite divisions, along with time leading Strategy and Corporate Development. Prior to Optus Ben worked for over 10 years as a management consultant with Bain & Company in North and Central America, Europe and the Asia Pacific.
Ben was also previously the Chair and Non-Executive Director of Southern Cross Cables, and a Non-Executive Director of the Bridge Alliance.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Christine Chairs the Indara Audit & Risk Committee and is a Non-Executive Director of AGL Ltd and Collins Foods Ltd.
Christine sits on the Boards of two Not-for-Profit s organisations including The McGrath Foundation and The State Library of NSW Foundation.
Christine has an MBA and Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from Macquarie University, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and member of its Corporate Governance Committee.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Applied Science - University of Western Sydney, MBA (Executive) -Australian Graduate School of Management, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School, and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Joanna is a seasoned People & Culture leader with extensive experience partnering with leadership teams to design and deliver people strategies and solutions that support the achievement of organisational goals. Joanna has led human resources teams across the construction, technical services and telecommunications industries having previously worked for BSA Limited, Ventia and CPB Contractors.
Joanna graduated from the University of Western Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts - Humanities.

Kate is an experienced corporate services executive having led multi-disciplinary teams delivering legal, corporate governance, ESG, risk and audit, people and culture and corporate affairs services to businesses in the infrastructure sector and regulated industries. Prior to joining Indara, Kate was the Chief Corporate Services Officer, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary of Pacific National, having also held the role of Chief Legal Officer with the company.
A practising lawyer, Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Economics (Social Science) from the University of Sydney and is a Graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael has extensive leadership experience in various public and private equity companies, primarily in the construction, infrastructure, and telecommunications sectors.
Michael joined Indara in 2024 as the Chief Financial Officer.
Michael is a Chartered Accountant, graduated from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Commerce and holds a Graduate Diploma in Management from the Australian Graduate School of Management.
Murray is a Non-Executive Director of Far East Organisation Australian Group.
He has over 20 years' experience in the Australian Telecommunications Industry and was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Optus for over 10 years.
His responsibilities at Optus included the overall financial management of the Company, implementing and maintaining an appropriate governance framework, and driving various strategic initiatives.
Murray holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Queensland and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Prior to joining AustralianSuper in 2024, Nick was a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Asset Management Real Assets where he spent 17 years, firstly in Sydney and then working across the Americas in Mexico City, Sao Paulo and New York.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Bond University.
