The Heart of The Mind is a CIC offering help to people effected by mental illness. Offering proactive, hands on experience to learn to self-manage mental illness... The heart of the mind is an East Anglican based CIC founded in the summer 2013. The founder, like so many people with a diagnosis of mental illness (his was in 1995) he suffered a number of years where he felt alienated and powerless. Since his gradual rehabilitation into teaching he decided he wanted to help people in similar situations... The Heart of the Mind CIC offers a range of expertise to empower people. We listen to what people need and put together the services which are most useful to them.
