The Thomas Street Family Medical Clinic opened in July 1994 with one full time and one part time doctor. We have four doctors practising at the clinic with at least two doctors available for appointments at the one time... If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care you receive from this practice, we are keen to know about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or the receptionist about any problems you have with the service we provide. You can also provide anonymous feedback through our suggestion box or . If, however, there is a problem you would prefer to take up outside, you may contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (26/570 Bourke Street, Melbourne 3000 1300 582 113)... Our Practice Nurse is available between 1-2pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to give out results. If the results are urgent your doctor will call you. You can make a follow up appointment to discuss your results with your doctor.
