Ross operated his own Independent Agency which included Residential and Holiday Property Management as well as Sales for 9 years prior to his acquisition of the "The Real Estate Broker" Ross brings considerable skills and experience to the role of "The Real Estate Agency Broker" which has enabled him to Broker over 100 transactions and undertake numerous Rent Roll valuations for one of the 4 big Banks. He has also been called as an "Expert Witness" in court cases regarding sales of Real Estate Agencies/Rent Rolls. His network in the Industry is extensive and he has a comprehensive data base from which many deals are transacted.
